Most recent 30 days of pay stubsW-2s from the past 2 yearsFederal tax returns (past 2 years) — all pagesIf self-employed: business tax returns + year-to-date profit & lossOther income docs: Social Security, pension, rental income, alimony, etc.

Assets & Bank Statements

Most recent 2 months of bank statements — all pages, all accountsRetirement / investment account statements (most recent quarter)If using gift funds: gift letter + proof of donor's ability + transfer documentationExplanation for any large deposits (outside of regular payroll)

Identity & Residency

Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)Social Security number (for credit pull authorization)Addresses for the past 2 yearsLandlord contact info or 12 months of rent payment proof (if renting)
